Onsight was born from frustration. We watched businesses waste hours on timesheets while employees felt micromanaged. There had to be a better way.
Our Story
In 2023, our founder Akeem was running a logistics company in Lagos. Every Friday afternoon meant the same thing: four painful hours reconciling paper timesheets.
"Did Emeka really work 12 hours on Tuesday? Why does Joy's timesheet say she was at Lekki when the driver saw her in Ikeja?"
The disputes. The errors. The time wasted.
One particularly frustrating Friday, Akeem asked: "Why are we still doing this in 2023? We have GPS in everyone's pockets."
That weekend, Onsight was born.
What started as a simple check-in app for one logistics company is now trusted by 2,000+ businesses across Nigeria. We've processed over 10 million check-ins, saved companies thousands of hours, and—most importantly—built trust between employers and employees.
